American Consultants is seeking a Travel Surgical Technician for a 13‑week assignment in Olympia Fields, Illinois.

Start date:

June 8, 2026. 36 hours per week, 12‑hour rotating shifts, with call coverage after hours.

• Work in a busy operating room department within a Surgery Clinic setting
• Gain experience with a diverse surgical caseload in a fast‑paced environment
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system
• 90‑day travel assignment with competitive compensation and overtime available after 40 hours
• 12‑hour paid orientation to support your transition

• Current Surgical Technician certification
• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience required
• EPIC electronic health record experience required
• Proficiency in orthopedic procedures required
• Ability to perform procedures independently without direct observation
• Must be comfortable taking call and working autonomously
• Illinois state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
