Well Now Urgent Care - 800 West Plainfield Road - Responsibilities:
Take patient history and obtain vital signs;
Perform phlebotomy for collection of laboratory samples (if certified);
Assist providers with exams and testing;
Maintain confidentiality with all patient information (HIPAA) and document in EMR;
Schedule and coordinate necessary records for ancillary care for patients
