Advocate Health Care - 11600 South Kedzie Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide efficient, high-quality patient service and practice support across multiple ambulatory clinics including scheduling, registration, and billing;
Enter billing information at time of service and ensure accurate payer information;
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the patient accounting system;
Assist clinical staff and support providers to ensure a seamless, compassionate patient experience;
Float to several Southern Chicagoland clinics as needed and cover shifts including occasional late night and monthly Saturday
