Location: Chicago, IL – Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago.

• Greet guests warmly, use name when possible.
• Maintain guest satisfaction through teamwork and proactive service.
• Handle guest service issues promptly and with hospitality.
• Know hotel features and amenities; support all hotel events.
• Use and maintain relevant technology.
• Answer phone calls with friendly service using approved greeting.
• Keep work spaces and public areas spotless, including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as part of team effort.
• Follow 100% checklist accuracy and shift handover reports.
• Wear clean approved uniform, nametag, and maintain grooming standards.
• Communicate clearly, demonstrate can‑do attitude, and collaborate with all team members.

• Handle luggage and packages in storage areas.
• Clean halls, stairwells, service areas and outdoors; manage trash and soiled linen.
• Monitor furniture condition and report issues.
• Restock linen closets, guest amenities, and housekeeping cart.

• Guest satisfaction scores and intent to return.
• GM/AGM spot checks and leadership walk‑throughs.
• Checklist tracking and management performance ratings.
• Guest rating reviews.

• Preferred experience in hospitality, consumer‑facing service, or franchise.
• Positive can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
• Handle pace, pressure, and stressful situations.
• Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Desire to serve all guests.
• Minimum age 18.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Arrive on time, clock in/out correctly, and follow schedule.
