Schedule: Flexible; evenings and weekends required.

Pay Range: $15.00–23.00/hour (based on experience)

Role Overview

As a Campus Host, you are part hospitality leader, part operations coordinator, and part problem‑solver. You’ll ensure rooms are set up with excellence, A/V systems are supported, volunteers are equipped, and guests feel genuinely welcomed.

Responsibilities
  • Lead room set‑up and campus preparation for services, ministries, special events, and rentals
  • Provide A/V technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Maintain quality control of campus environments
  • Deliver outstanding guest service to internal teams and outside groups
  • Coordinate with Facilities and Risk Management on building and safety needs
  • Serve as point leader for security or evacuation situations when required
  • Oversee a specialty focus area (such as volunteer training, A/V, inventory management, or lobby operations)
  • Recruit, develop, train, and care for volunteer teams

Qualifications

    • Working knowledge of facility operations
    • Ability to flex your schedule as needed
    • Ability to develop and delegate to a team
  • Experience &

    Education:

    • Must be 18 years old or older, and high school diploma or GED preferred
    • Experience leading a team
    • Prior customer service experience

Salary

Description:

$15-$23 per hour
