As a Front Desk Agent
, you'll be the face of our hotel and the first person guests see when they arrive. Whether you're welcoming a family on vacation, helping a business traveler after a long flight, or assisting a wedding guest on a special weekend, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences from check-in to check-out.

Requirements
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide an exceptional arrival experience
- Perform all check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Verify payment information and process guest transactions
- Provide information about hotel services, room types, rates, amenities, and local attractions
- Respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards
- Confirm group reservations and help coordinate special requests for VIP guests, wedding parties, and event attendees
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through additional hotel services and amenities
- Maintain accurate reservation, billing, and guest records
- Support hotel operations through additional duties as assigned
- Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar customer service role preferred
- Hospitality experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn go a long way
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong attention to detail and guest needs
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic hotel environment
- Reliable and committed to completing tasks accurately and on time
Full-Time Position
Flexible scheduling required, including:
- Days
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Holidays as needed
$19.50 per hour
