As a Front Desk Agent
, you'll be the face of our hotel and the first person guests see when they arrive. Whether you're welcoming a family on vacation, helping a business traveler after a long flight, or assisting a wedding guest on a special weekend, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences from check-in to check-out.

Requirements

  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide an exceptional arrival experience
  • Perform all check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Verify payment information and process guest transactions
  • Provide information about hotel services, room types, rates, amenities, and local attractions
  • Respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards
  • Confirm group reservations and help coordinate special requests for VIP guests, wedding parties, and event attendees
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through additional hotel services and amenities
  • Maintain accurate reservation, billing, and guest records
  • Support hotel operations through additional duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar customer service role preferred
  • Hospitality experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn go a long way
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

Full-Time Position

Flexible scheduling required, including:

  • Days
  • Evenings
  • Weekends
  • Holidays as needed

$19.50 per hour
