- Collaborate on warm introductions and referral strategies

- Act as a consistent, reliable pipeline of talent for ongoing workforce needs
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with nonprofit and community-based organizations
- Screen and interview candidates, focusing on alignment, strengths, and support needs
- Guide individuals through the job search, application, and interview process
- Provide hands-on support navigating barriers to employment
- Match candidates to roles aligned with their goals and capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams on workforce priorities and hiring trends
- Use outreach and networking to strengthen and diversify candidate pipelines
- Track activity and outcomes to support continuous improvement
- Experience in nonprofit, human services, or workforce development environments
- Hands‑on experience supporting individuals with disabilities strongly preferred (DSP, Job Coach, Vocational Counselor, Employment Specialist, etc.)
- Understanding of intellectual/developmental disabilities (autism, Down syndrome, etc.)
- Familiarity with supported employment models, benefits navigation, and common employment barriers
- Deeply mission-driven and purpose-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment (builder mindset)
- High integrity, accountability, and follow-through
- Naturally collaborative, positive, and low ego
- Strong problem solver with resilience and optimism
- Traditional recruiting or staffing experience
- Experience with job boards or applicant tracking systems
- Bilingual skills
