Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HRIS Specialist
Looking to play a crucial role in supporting a dynamic and innovative organization committed to making a difference? This exciting Benefits Consultant position offers the opportunity to work with a forward‑thinking team, manage impactful benefits programs, and contribute to a company known for valuing its employees and fostering growth.
This role involves managing employee questions, benefits invoicing, and supporting various HRIS and payroll processes within a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong benefits background and at least five years of relevant experience, ready to hit the ground running in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
Responsibilities- Assist with employee benefits questions, invoicing, and eligibility research through inbox management
- Support benefits administration projects, including Open Enrollment, RFP processes, and new broker setups
- Aid in processing 401(k) changes, HRIS to payroll file coordination, and manual benefit setups
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to resolve benefits system disconnects and invoicing discrepancies
- Support Leave of Absence (LOA) and FMLA processes and understanding of their interactions with employee leave policies
- Contribute to benefits‑related projects and day‑to‑day administrative tasks in a hybrid environment
- At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, invoicing, and systems research
- Experience supporting LOA, FMLA, and benefits projects; proficient with Excel and manual administrative processes
- Employment Type:
Contract (4–6 months) - Compensation: $30 – $40 hourly
