We are excited to offer a Human Resources Intern position that provides hands‑on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources. This internship is designed for a motivated student interested in developing foundational HR skills while supporting meaningful business initiatives and day‑to‑day HR operations.
As an HR Intern, you may have the opportunity to gain exposure to talent acquisition, compensation, employee engagement, onboarding, HR systems, reporting and analytics, talent management, and other key HR functions. You will partner closely with HR professionals and business leaders while building skills that prepare you for a future career in Human Resources.

What You'll DoSupport day-to-day HR operations and programs that enhance the employee experience
Partner with the HR team on employee engagement, culture, and development initiatives
Collaborate on cross‑functional projects and contribute recommendations that support business and HR objectives
Gain exposure to multiple HR disciplines, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Learning & Development
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and talent initiatives to attract and retain top talent
Maintain employee data and support HR reporting, analytics, and process improvement efforts
Present project outcomes, insights, and key learnings to HR leadership at the conclusion of the internship
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2030
Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skills & Qualifications

Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Limited travel (under 10%)
$19 - $25 per hour
The hourly rate provided is intended to display the value of the company's base rate compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Hourly rate is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
