UNION PAYROLL SPECIALIST | ROSEMONT, IL | $70K–$75K + BONUS

• $70,000–$75,000 base salary + bonus

• Process payroll for multiple union groups across various entities and states
• Prepare union dues, benefit payments, and monthly reporting
• Partner with operations and project teams to validate payroll and timekeeping information
• Maintain union wage rates, deductions, and benefit schedules

• Previous experience processing union payroll, including dues, benefits, and reporting
• High-volume payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Experience working with payroll or ERP systems
