In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you

* Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring and support of Shop Floor/MES applications, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

* Implement and manage robust monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring continuous system availability.

* Ensure the security of MES applications by implementing and maintaining appropriate security protocols and access controls.

* Provide extensive 2nd Level Support & Coordinate 3rd Level issue resolutions.

* Participate in various projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives and SLAs.

What you will need for successful work

* Successfully completed college/university studies in the field of information technology or comparable vocational training

* At least 5 years of professional experience in the administration of mission-critical applications

* Extensive know-how in IT service management (ITIL) and the design of service processes as well as knowledge in project management, preferably with certification

* Initial knowledge of manufacturing company processes and/or logistics processes desirable

* Strong customer and goal orientation, strong teamwork skills and good communication and presentation skills

* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

* Strong English knowledge

What we are happy about
