Job Overview
As a Tax Innovation User Experience professional at PwC, you will play a key role in creating user‑centric designs that enhance the effectiveness and enjoyment of products and services within the Tax practice. You will gather insights through UX research, develop personas and journeys, and collaborate with design teams to deliver engaging, usable solutions across websites, mobile apps, and other touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct UX design research—including interviews, surveys, and usability testing—to gather insights and improve product usability.
- Develop user personas and map user journeys to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with design teams to create user‑centered design solutions.
- Engage in usability testing to identify areas for improvement and optimize designs.
- Innovate with emerging technologies to enhance UI prototyping.
- Analyze industry trends to inform design strategies and align with business objectives.
- Implement CX strategies to improve satisfaction and engagement.
- Participate in design development through iterative prototyping and feedback sessions.
- Support client engagements by applying human‑centered design principles.
- Conduct survey research to collect user feedback and inform design decisions.
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree.
- Overall GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Background in Design, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, Visual Communication, Digital Communications, Media/Multimedia, Computer Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
- Experience with emerging technologies to enhance user experience design.
- Proven ability to conduct UX design research and usability testing.
- Creative problem‑solving and development of design solutions for client projects.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork within diverse teams.
Up to 20% travel may be required.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $53,500 – $142,000, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, subject to applicable employment laws.
Additional compensation: annual discretionary bonus.
