Location: Rosemont
Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Manager, HR Systems (Workday) to lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform for a global, multi-entity organization. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate data and a strong UX, reporting to the CHRO, and contributing to the HR tech roadmap.
Hybrid role based in Rosemont, IL with remote and in-office collaboration days Tue-Thu.
