Senior Counsel - Central Region

Link Logistics Real Estate ("Link") is a leading operator of warehouses and business parks, specializing in last‑mile logistics real estate. • Provide legal counsel on all leasing and asset management matters, including drafting, negotiating and reviewing lease agreements, amendments and related documents.
• Advise on legal issues related to property management, tenant relations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Oversee and manage litigation and disputes related to leasing and asset management, working closely with outside counsel as necessary.
• Become a trusted business partner; collaborate with finance, operations and asset management teams to support and facilitate real‑estate transactions and initiatives.
• Ensure lease documentation and processes align with company policies and strategic goals.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company’s interests in leasing and asset management activities.
• Stay current with industry trends, legal developments and best practices in leasing and asset management.
• Assist in preparation and presentation of reports to senior management as required.
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work environment.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a focus on commercial real‑estate leasing.
• Experience managing a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and develop effective risk‑management strategies.
• Strong knowledge of real‑estate laws, leasing practices and asset management principles.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Base compensation: $260,000 - $315,000 (currently anticipated). Actual pay may vary based on location, experience and other factors. Link provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off.
