Lakeside Health and Rehab Center is looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Director to lead building operations and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for our residents and staff. • Oversee maintenance of resident rooms, common areas, grounds, and equipment
• Perform repairs including painting, plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, and HVAC support
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs as they arise
• Ensure compliance with life safety and facility regulations
• Coordinate vendors and service needs when necessary

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years maintenance experience preferred
• Skilled in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• Organized and dependable with strong problem‑solving skills
• Prior healthcare or long‑term care experience preferred but not required
