Maintenance Director

As summer brings busy activity and continued growth, we are currently seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and safety of our facility.

This role is essential in ensuring our building, equipment, and grounds remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents, staff, and visitors.

Compensation $18.00 – $19.00/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time Position

Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the facility

Complete painting, drywall repair, and general building upkeep

Troubleshoot and repair small equipment and facility systems

Maintain the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the building and grounds

Ensure exterior areas remain clean, safe, and presentable

Coordinate with outside vendors for inspections and specialized maintenance, including:

Fire alarm systems

Sprinkler systems

Kitchen hood systems

Other required preventative maintenance services

Respond to maintenance requests from staff and assist departments as needed

Qualifications

Experience in building maintenance and preventative maintenance programs

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repair

Ability to troubleshoot facility and equipment issues

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a healthcare environment with residents, staff, and visitors

Must pass background check and drug screening
