Perform maintenance tasks and assignments as directed by supervisory personnel;
Repair and maintain all aspects of the property;
Inspect assigned equipment and note weak or defective parts, making recommendations for correction;
Return equipment to proper location, in proper working condition and ready for next use;
Observe safety regulations and use of PPE; assist patrons in emergencies as directed by management
