Grounds Maintenance Worker 2, Facilities Management (Requisition R0150017)
Job SummaryPerform general labor duties related to grounds maintenance including weed and trash removal, sweeping sidewalks, and debris removal using hand tools such as rakes and shovels. Work schedule Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm. A valid State of Nevada driver’s license is required as a condition of employment.
Responsibilities- Weed and trash removal
- Sweeping sidewalks and removing debris
- General labor activities in maintaining grounds using hand tools such as rakes and shovels
- Valid State of Nevada driver’s license (condition of employment)
- Minimum qualifications waived until June 30, 2026 under Executive Order (refer to the order for details)
- Six months of experience performing basic grounds maintenance work or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six months of experience as a Grounds Maintenance Worker I in Nevada State service
- Grade
