Floor Technician

Overview

We have an opening for full-time Floor Technician positions.

Location:

23700 West Bluff Road, Channahon, IL 60410. Online applications accepted only.

Full-time schedule. Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00am - 4:30pm or 4:30pm - 6:00am. More details during interview.

• Floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and perform stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment and use automated equipment for large areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Prior floor tech experience is required; experience with Scrubers t-16, t-7, t-300, and t-500 is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques; ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
