Wood is recruiting for an Instrument Technician to join its Iraq business unit focusing on ensuring safe design, implementation, and maintenance of Safety Instrumented Systems for a Major Onshore Brownfield Project in Basra, Iraq on 6/1 work schedule. This role is a full-time on-site role in Basra, Iraq with travel requirement.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Instrument Technician to join our Iraq Business Unit. Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot field instrumentation. Instrument installation and loop checks. Calibration and fault finding. Support control and SIS systems. Documentation and reporting.

Minimum Experience:

5+ years.

Education:

Technical Diploma in Instrumentation. Broad instrumentation knowledge. EEHA compliance. Field Control Interfaces.
