The Scion Group - - Responsibilities:
Maintain the physical condition of the property according to SOPs and safety standards;
Operate system monitoring/diagnostics and preventive testing for major building systems;
Inspect and service life safety systems including fire pumps, alarms, sprinklers, detectors, extinguishers, emergency lighting, and means of egress;
Coordinate delivery and work schedules with vendors and contractors;
Assist in creating emergency and disaster preparedness plans
