Maintenance Technician:
Richmond, Illinois
Our customer in Richmond, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Maintenance Technicians to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general building and facility maintenance to ensure equipment and workspace remain safe, functional, and well maintained.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:- Perform general maintenance and repair work on building systems and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs or corrective actions.
- Complete preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Perform basic facility repairs including painting, carpentry, and minor construction tasks.
- Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the facility.
- Read and follow blueprints, building plans, and repair manuals as needed.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma preferred.
- 1–2 years of related maintenance experience or a combination of education and training.
- Working knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, building plans, and repair documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of mathematics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
$22–$24/hour.

Monday – Friday from 3:30pm – 12:00am.
