Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week (Full Time)
- 1st Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate:
Job Duties:
Maintaining an outstanding appearance to all floors (hard wood and carpet) throughout the facility.
- Operate floor scrubber machines to clean hard surface floors
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors before and after scrubbing
- Mix and use cleaning solutions according to safety guidelines
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
- Follow safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report maintenance issues, spills, or safety hazards promptly
- Complete tasks efficiently while meeting cleanliness standards
Requirements
- MUST be able to identify floor care machines and have experience using them.
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- Physical requirements:
walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently. - Must wear LACOSTA shirt,
steel-toed shoes/boots, safety glasses, safety vest, ear plugs, and long pants while working. - Remove all jewelry and accessories.
