Housekeeper – Full-Time

Location: Arcola, Illinois

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

We are hiring Housekeepers in Illinois to join our team at a Haven Healthcare–affiliated skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Arcola. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a stable position in healthcare, helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Follow infection control and sanitation guidelines in a healthcare setting
• Maintain cleanliness of facility equipment and housekeeping carts
• Replenish supplies such as linens, towels, and toiletries
• Handle laundry duties as assigned (washing, drying, folding, distributing)
• Ensure a safe and orderly environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Respond to housekeeping requests promptly and professionally

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
