Senior Custodian
Qualifications:
High-school diploma or equivalent. Experience in custodial or facilities work preferred. Ability to perform basic cleaning and minor maintenance tasks. Ability to lead, develop and direct custodial staff. Ability to prioritize work and stay organized. Ability to communicate clearly with staff and administration. Ability to use email and the work order system to receive, update, and complete assigned work. Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Terms of employment: 260 days (twelve months)
Job Summary:
Hours 5:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Medical, dental, and vision insurance available. IMRF Pension Salary:
Based on NBESS Contract. Minimum starting pay $24.50 per hour (varies with years of experience)
