NRG is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead our maintenance workforce in a mixed office and plant environment. The role requires guiding daily and weekly work, troubleshooting equipment, and coordinating multi-discipline outage activities.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years in coal-fueled power or similar heavy industry, with the ability to read blueprints and technical instructions. A strong safety mindset and familiarity with CMMS are preferred.
