NCW is seeking a Sanitation Worker to support safe, efficient operations for our clients in the professional and technical services space. In this role, you will perform facility and equipment cleaning, waste removal, and basic disinfection to maintain clean, compliant work areas. You'll follow safety and OSHA guidelines, operate cleaning tools and light industrial equipment, and document tasks completed. You'll collaborate with supervisors and teammates, report hazards or maintenance needs, and support continuous improvement in cleanliness standards while contributing to a people-first, high-integrity culture.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize facility floors, surfaces, and work areas
- Collect, sort, and dispose of trash and recyclables safely
- Follow OSHA, safety, and company sanitation standards
- Operate basic cleaning tools and light industrial equipment
- Restock supplies and maintain cleaning inventories
- Inspect areas for cleanliness and report issues or hazards
- Support sanitation for equipment and common areas
- Complete basic documentation of cleaning tasks
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members on priorities
- Report maintenance needs and improvement opportunities
