Maintenance Planner

Conagra Brands is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support reliable, safe operation of our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans, coordinate work orders, and ensure critical spare parts and materials are available. You'll partner closely with production, engineering, and maintenance technicians to schedule work with minimal downtime, maintain accurate CMMS data, and analyze equipment history to improve asset performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans
• Create, prioritize, and manage maintenance work orders in the CMMSCoordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate equipment histories, parts lists, and maintenance records
• Plan labor, materials, and contractor support for maintenance jobs
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
• Analyze equipment failures to recommend reliability and process improvements
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards
• Support capital projects and equipment installations from a maintenance perspective
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve plant reliability and efficiency
