Job Duties:
- 1. Ensure all Maintenance schedules are followed.
- 2. Check Maintenance boards daily for needed repairs.
- 3. Assist with drills, and tests.
- 4. Complete log sheets for equipment.
- 5. Participate in assigned training.
- 6. Perform routine Maintenance on grounds, and parking areas.
- 7. Paint rooms as needed.
- 8. Assist with moving and lifting of misc. items.
- 9. Be on call at times.
- 10. Be able to complete tasks without supervision.
- 1. Must have a general knowledge of maintenance
- 2. Must have a clean background and driving record
- 3. Must have a Driver’s License
- 4. Must be at least 18 years old
- 5. Must be able to use general tools
