Janitorial Associate

is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations by ensuring work areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces are maintained to company cleanliness and safety standards.

The Janitorial Associate is responsible for performing routine cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the warehouse and office facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates reliability, and understands the importance of maintaining a safe and professional workplace.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and scrub warehouse floors and walkways.
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, exits, and employee gathering areas.
• Clean windows, doors, and other facility surfaces as needed.
• Restock restroom and break room supplies.
• Assist with spill cleanup and sanitation projects.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management.
• Follow all company safety procedures and sanitation requirements.
• Perform additional housekeeping and facility-support tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or warehouse cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
