Bonus:

What You’ll DoPerform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to support safe and efficient plant operations.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, building components, and production equipment as needed.

Complete building and facility repairs, including work on doors, windows, fencing, roofing, and other structural elements.

Partner with maintenance and production teams to resolve equipment issues, support production needs, and minimize downtime.

Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, quality, and production output.

Collaborate with contractors, equipment manufacturers, and internal teams to support projects and implement process improvements.

What You’ll Bring At least one year of experience in building maintenance, construction, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.

Experience using common power tools, including drills, grinders, impacts, and saws.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual English/Spanish and basic refrigeration knowledge are preferred.

What You Can Look Forward ToA full-time second shift schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., with Saturdays as needed.
