Overview
Hours are 7:00AM-3:30PM (OT/ Weekends likely).

SummaryReporting to the Production Supervisor, the Packer is responsible for processing the highest quality of fresh fish to fulfil customer orders. Additionally, this individual is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area.
Duties and Responsibilities- Set up work area
- Arrange packing materials
- Makes boxes
- Production Supervisor will assign what items are to be packed and what quantities.
- Process product on designated machines (places fish on container, putting sticker, and placing product into shipping boxes).
- Place processed product into transport containers and then into transport cart and move it to the packing station.
- When completed the Production supervisor will instruct the next assignment.
- Production Supervisor will also give instructions as to the specification of the product
- Cleaning and Sanitizing (if instructed by Production Supervisor)
- Tables, sinks, cutting boards, drains, curtains, floors, scales, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Of 1 Year Factory Related Experience Preferred.
Work EnvironmentWork performed in a refrigerated/cold environment
Standing for long hours
