The Production Blender Operator is responsible for verifying that batch requisitions materials and quantities are received, measuring and blending ingredients according to customers’ specifications, and ensuring the blending process and equipment run effectively.

• Comply with all safety processes and procedures.
• Inspect product to verify conformance to customer specifications, including proper application of ingredients/materials.
• Record all ingredients received and used during each shift.
• Measure and blend ingredients according to batch sheet instructions and monitor blending process.
• Operate auxiliary equipment associated with machine operations, including but not limited to weigh scales and conveyor systems.
• Ensure the blender is maintained in sanitary condition.
• Recommend measures to improve methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Analyze production problems and assist team members in solving them.
• Maintain process control paperwork.
• Ensure test pieces are fed through metal detectors per SOP frequency.
• Make weight adjustments on filler/Control seal bar temperature, dwell time, and pressure.
• Operate other packaging related equipment such as conveyors, tape machines, and hand jacks.
• Set up and break down machine(s); correctly disassemble blender, sifter, cluster collector, and clean and sanitize equipment and work area.
• Obtain all required paperwork for shift (e.g., scale verification, batch blend, time blend).
• Train all new employees and general laborers on duties needed to maintain line.
• Ensure all work activities meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance with all legal and food safety requirements, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Report unsafe or hazardous work conditions or safety-related issues to Management.
• Perform general labor duties assigned and other duties assigned by management.

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of prior Machine Operator experience.
• Preferred: 3 – 5 years of Machine Operator experience.
• Basic troubleshooting and basic maintenance skills.

• Prolonged periods standing, walking, and sitting.
• Physical ability to perform work requiring frequent stooping, climbing stairs, twisting, and bending.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

• Follow all relevant food safety rules, including SQF, cGMPs, and Food Defense.
• Report any observed food safety violations to your supervisor immediately.

Full‑time (Temp to Hire)

• $18.50 (1st Shift)
• $19.00 (2nd Shift)

• 1st shift (6am to 2:30pm) and 2nd shift (2:30pm to 11pm) available.
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends (as needed)
