Carpenter​/Woodworker

Position Profile

Must have the ability to read and comprehend furniture drawings, and create detailed cut lists. Perform cutting, joinery, assembly and finish sanding of furniture frames, decorative sofa and chair bases, small tables, consoles, and benches.

• Assembly of products:
  • Product completion per Production Schedule
  • Meet all critical dimensions and product characteristics
  • Maintain workstation clean, organized, and safe
  • Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required
  • Maintain time sheet accurate and on time
  • Observe all company policies and standard practices
  • Participate in all required continuous improvement activities

• 5+ years previous experience in woodworking
• Reading and understanding drawings, dimensions, views and tolerances
• Proficient using equipment and hand tools such as:
• Bench saw
• Miter saw/Radial saw
• Band saw
• Planer/Jointer
• Electrical tools:
  Router, screwdriver, sander
• Hand tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail and flawless results
• Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and be a team member

Compensation range for this role is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour. Eligible for geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards.
