Novolex in Illinois is seeking a Set up Technician to support thermoforming mold set-ups, installation, removal, and related repairs on a weekday shift from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will follow safety policies and assist with housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
The role requires basic mechanical skills, problem‑solving ability, and the aptitude to read blueprints and calipers. You must work with minimal supervision and be able to collaborate across the tool room and manufacturing teams.
