POSITION PROFILE

Must have the ability to read and comprehend furniture drawings, and create detailed cut lists. Perform the cutting, joinery, assembly and finish sanding of furniture frames, decorative sofa and chair bases, small tables, consoles, and benches.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assembly of products:
    Product completion per Production Schedule
  • Meet all critical dimensions and product characteristics.
  • Maintain work station clean, organized and safe.
  • Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required.
  • Maintain the time sheet accurate and on time.
  • Observe all company policies and standard practices.
  • Participate on all required continuous improvement activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Minimum Qualifications:

    5+ years of previous experience in woodworking.
  • Reading and understanding drawings, dimensions, views and tolerances.
  • Proficient using equipment and hand tools such as Bench saw, Miter saw/Radial saw, Band saw, Planer/Jointer, Electrical tools:
    Router, screwdriver, sander, Hand tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced team environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and flawless results.
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and be a team member.

Compensation

Compensation range for this role is $19.00 - $23.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors. You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
