Line Lead Supervisor The Manufacturing Line Lead is responsible for directing the work of production associates and coordinating team efforts to ensure production goals are met Responsibilities:
Directing and coordinating the work of production associates. Ensuring proper documentation is completed accurately and on time. Monitoring workflow and optimizing efficiency to meet production targets. Ensuring work is performed safely and in compliance with company safety standards. Maintaining compliance with quality standards and production requirements. Identifying and addressing workflow or production issues to maintain efficiency and productivity. Requirements:
