Required Skills & Experience
- Ability to run presses, troubleshoot when something isn't working right
1-2 years (at least) hands-on experience operating both dye sublimation presses and heat presses. Specifically, we are looking for someone with experience running EFI VUTEk FabriVU equipment as well as Klieverik heat presses. Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Highly skilled operator or working manager (supervisor)
Job Description this person would bring end-to-end dye sublimation production knowledge, including:
- File preparation and workflow management (Caldera)
- RIP software and getting files to press
- Fabric sizing and production setup
- Dye sublimation printing operations
- Heat press operations
- Sewing and finishing processes
- General troubleshooting and production optimization
The salary for this position ranges from $65,000-$150,000 based on skillset and experience.
