** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Perform general plant housekeeping to support safe and efficient operations.
+ Assist with equipment operation, maintenance activities, and production support tasks.
+ Inspect work areas and report safety, equipment, or operational concerns.
+ Support material handling, cleanup, and plant improvement projects as assigned.
+ Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams to meet production goals.

+ Ability to learn and perform a variety of operational and maintenance tasks.
+ Strong work ethic with a dependable and team-oriented approach.
+ Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to support plant operations.

** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment*
* + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
