Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Job Overview

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Golf, Illinois. This is an ongoing, full-time position (40 hours per week) with 8‑hour shifts. The role is Staff level, with a specialty in Hospice under the RN discipline.

Location

This position supports patients in Evanston, IL and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the care team to manage and deliver patient care plans for hospice patients.
  • Provide nursing care and support to hospice patients and families in the community.
  • Meet critical deadlines for charting and documentation consistently.
  • Self‑manage your time and schedule to ensure reliable patient coverage.
  • Use tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software effectively during patient visits.
Qualifications
  • RN license in the state you work.
  • Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred.
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
  • Proficient in speaking Russian or Spanish is a plus.
Background Screening
  • Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of the background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
