At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN), you are the highest‑level clinical authority on duty overnight ensuring resident safety, supervising care teams, and maintaining medication and documentation standards.

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes.
• Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies.
• Supervise caregivers and medication staff.
• Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts.
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families. You combine independent clinical judgment with shift‑level leadership, serving as the clinical anchor of the building during overnight operations.

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• One or more years experience in senior care or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills.
