Accent Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, hands-on hospice care to patients, including personal hygiene, repositioning, and mobility support;
Support patients in their homes or care facilities through movement and activity, including walking, standing, reaching, and occasional driving;
Monitor comfort levels, respond to needs, and assist with daily living activities while upholding patient safety and dignity;

Uphold infection control and safety protocols while delivering end-of-life care
