As part of a nationally recognized health system, you will deliver fast, accessible care to patients in Chicago’s South Suburbs.

Provide exceptional immediate/urgent care for minor illnesses, acute conditions, and walk‑in patients of all ages in a modern outpatient setting.

• Perform evaluations, diagnostics, treatments, procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, minor procedures), and patient education with full scope of practice support.
• Enjoy flexible scheduling, predictable volume, and a collaborative team of physicians and staff focused on quality and efficiency.

• Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner (Family or Acute Care) or Physician Assistant.
• Current Illinois license (or eligibility) and DEA.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Immediate Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice strongly preferred.
• Passion for patient‑centered care and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
