Quality Manager
We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee process quality, deliverables, and continuous improvement for a large-scale state government system implementation.
Responsibilities:- Review and monitor vendor work for process quality, policy compliance, and code quality
- Establish and maintain quality standards and review processes across the program
- Identify quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support deliverable reviews and quality audits
- Report on quality metrics to project leadership and State stakeholders
- 7+ years of experience in quality management on large-scale IT programs
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards
- Experience with government or public sector contracts preferred
- Full-time dedication to the program required
