• 1. Developing and implementing quality control systems and measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• 2. Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential quality issues and areas for improvement.
• 3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
• 4. Training and guiding team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
• 5. Analyzing quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• 6. Ensuring all documentation related to quality control and assurance is accurate and up-to-date.
• 7. Participating in the review and revision of standard operating procedures to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
• 8. Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
• 9. Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our quality management systems.

• 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management Systems in the manufacturing industry.
• 2. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3. Strong knowledge and understanding of quality assurance principles, methods, and techniques.
• 4. Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
• 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• 7. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
• 8. Certification in Quality Management or Quality Assurance is a plus.
• 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high quality standards.
• 10. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a passion for quality and excellence.
