What this job involves:
As a Property Associate at JLL, you will serve as the primary administrative point of contact for an Office property or portfolio. You will also provide accounting and financial support, maintain positive tenant relations, and provide superior customer service. Estimated total compensation for this position: $27.00 – $32.21 per hour

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating resolution of maintenance issues.
- Support the property management team with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records and databases.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), certificates of insurance (COIs), code invoices, and complete other financial tasks.
- Assist with vendor coordination and work order management to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activities.
- Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for senior management and clients.
- Support lease administration activities including tenant move‑in processes, document filing, and communication coordination.
- Assist with tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives to enhance the tenant experience.
- Provide backup support for reception duties, mail distribution, and general office operations as needed.
- Perform all other tasks required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or to ensure smooth property operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management.
- 1–2 years of work experience in a customer service or customer‑facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude with eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry.
