Work is temporary full time with duties in food preparation and kitchen maintenance.

Job location:

500 Washington Avenue, Glencoe, IL 60022. Dates of need: 4/1/26 – 11/1/26 (approximately 3 months). Workdays:
Mon–Sun.

Work hours:

7am–11pm.

Pay: $20–$25/hr based on performance; $30–$37.50/hr overtime. Bonuses: $300 Returning bonus and $560 end of season bonus available upon performance and employer’s discretion. Workers paid biweekly. 35 hours/week. Optional housing provided for $75 per paycheck with a $400 refundable deposit contingent on completion of a 6‑month work commitment and satisfactory housing condition at move-out. Uniforms and shift meals provided.

Transportation and subsistence: employer will provide or reimburse transportation and daily subsistence (including reasonable cost of overnight lodging where necessary) at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment. Daily transportation to and from the worksite from the employer’s office is provided.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for visa-related costs (excluding passport fees). The employer will provide workers all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge.

• WASH, PEEL, CUT, PREPARE, COOK, SAUTE, FRY, GRILL items such as meats, poultry, seafood, soups, vegetables, and desserts.
• KEEP KITCHEN AREAS CLEAN AND SANITIZED.
• WASH pots and pans as needed.
• TAKE OUT GARBAGE.
• REPORT TO CHEF.

• Experience necessary.
• Rotating shifts; ability to work 7am–11pm; workdays include Monday through Sunday.
• Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

All deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
