Pro Shop​/Groundsmen

Location: Willow Springs

Camp Bullfrog Lake, located in Willow Springs, IL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Pro Shop/Groundsmen! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

* Continuously monitors, implements, and adheres to all company goals, policies, procedures, and controls

* Assists golf professionals with checking in golfers and maintaining a properly functioning tee sheet and pace of play

* Assists with receiving merchandise and adheres to purchase order procedures

* Assists with the rotation of shop displays

* Maintains an organized stockroom and assists the buyer and other shop assistants with inventory and golf shop cleanliness

* Assists with pricing merchandise

* Assists with maintaining proper inventory counts and levels

* Provides service in every way possible, going the extra mile to meet guest expectations

* Performs other duties as requested by the Head Professional

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Must be able to fluently speak and write English

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height

* Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping

* Exposure to hot and cold temperatures

* Must be able to stand for extended periods

* Repetitive motion required, including computer entry

* Must be able to operate a golf car in a safe manner

* Normal vision and hearing required
