Target - 7000 Mannheim Road - Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assist with their needs to ensure a friendly shopping experience;
Promote store safety by maintaining secure standards throughout the store and exterior areas;
Respond to and document security incidents promptly using case management systems;
Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support per AP policy;
Operate Target's video surveillance system and de-escalate incidents using appropriate tactics
