• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.

• Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.

• Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands‑on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued.
• Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weights.

Hiring Range: $16.00 – $23.76 USD per hour.

• Part‑time or limited‑time position; not eligible for all VF Corporation benefit plans.
